At Shelton’s Place, we offer complete packages for weddings and event services. We offer a range of services from setup to teardown, table and chair rentals, floral arrangements, and catering. Whether you have 25 guests or 400, we can comfortably accommodate your guests and help make your event as enjoyable as possible. Outside you can take advantage of our beautiful country setting that features a manicured lawn that proceeds to our pond, which is a great scene for an outdoor wedding or party. Simply tell us your needs and we can manage your perfect event or wedding within your budget.
At Shelton’s Place, when you rent the facility you have access to the exterior and the interior, as well as tables and chairs to accommodate up to 300 guests. Whether it’s a wedding, anniversary, party, or corporate event, you’re sure to find the perfect setting at our facilities.
Shelton’s Place is the perfect venue for weddings and vow renewal ceremonies. Our brides absolutely love our Bridal Suite, which overlooks our landscaped pond through large windows. The furnished suite comes equipped with a private bathroom and 5 makeup stations for the bride and bridesmaids. The grooms have a great relaxed rustic suite to get ready in and enjoy.
Your guests are sure to love the rustic elegance of Shelton’s Place. Guests will be mesmerized by our two stunning 7ft chandeliers. The walls are covered with rough cut lumber and stone columns. We have 5 nice restrooms to support your guests. We also have a large prep kitchen that is used for warming and serving food. We cannot wait to show you our place in person!
Patio & Outdoor
Step out of our rustic Barn-style facility onto our huge 20’x60’ covered patio, then take the stone steps down to the beautiful lawn. Our patio and outdoor area makes the perfect outdoor wedding venue. We even have a state of the art outdoor sound system that is neatly tucked away in the landscape.
Shelton’s Place has your sound and lighting needs covered! We provide an indoor and outdoor state of the art sound system ready to rock any event. Our in house DJ can play and emcee for your party, Quinceañera, Bar Mitzvah, reunion, birthday party, or corporate event.
Planning & Coordinating
Our team members are experts at taking your ideas, dreams, and budget to pull together the smoothest stress free wedding or event possible. We can take on the challenge of organizing, catering, floral arrangements, photographers, videographers, music, decorating, setup, teardown, directing, and anything else you need. All you have to is show up and experience your event to the fullest.
We offer full service catering – from cooking and setting up, to serving and cleanup. Our guests have enjoyed the following foods catered by Shelton’s Place at their events:
- BBQ Meat Choices: country style pork ribs, chicken, brisket, or sausage.
- Fajitas chicken or beef, onions & peppers, beans, rice tortillas, pico-cheese-sour cream, salsa & chips, tea sweet & unsweet, bottled water.
- Sides: Baked potato bar w/fixings, beans, pickles-onions, cherry pepper set up, BBQ sauce, rolls, tea sweet-unsweet, bottled water.
- Pasta Bar: Alfredo Sauce, Meat Sauce, chicken option on the side, salad bar, rolls & breadsticks, tea sweet-unsweet.
All catering options include elegant plastic plates, silverware holders complete with white napkins & silver plasticware; whiskey barrel table, roll top chafer dishes, wooden signs, a whiskey barrel to set plates on, ice and tea glasses.
We can provide professional on-site security at your event to assist with parking and to ensure a safe presence. This is an additional cost that is paid by the client, but Shelton’s Place will handle reserving the officers.
When having a large gathering, parking can sometimes be a concern. There’s no need to worry about parking at Shelton’s place. We have plenty of room and can comfortably fit over 200 cars!
